N-type Tiger Neo modules
JinkoSolar, the world’s most innovative photovoltaic company, announced that it has signed a contract with China DT Group Co., Ltd. to supply about 1GW of N-type Tiger Neo modules.
N-type Tiger Neo modules is a new product on photovoltaic technology, this is the first large-scale ground power station project of DT Group using N-type modules, which will cover application scenarios such as agricultural and solar complementation, and the transformation of rocky desertification areas.

DT Group is a state-owned super-large power generation enterprise group with an installed power generation scale exceeding 100 million kilowatts.
The project will all use JinkoSolar Tiger Neo series 560W double-sided double-glass modules. After considering the local solar radiation, precipitation and landform characteristics, the excellent comprehensive performance of N-type Tiger Neo high-efficiency modules is more suitable for project needs.
This project makes full use of local resources, which will effectively improve economic and social benefits such as local governance and environmental protection power generation.
After in-depth research and scientific demonstration by Datang Group, the N-type TOPCon module technology has the advantages of higher cell conversion efficiency, higher power generation, lower attenuation rate, lower temperature coefficient, higher bifacial ratio, and better low-light performance than the current P-type module.
The main economic indicators such as power generation and total investment internal rate of return will be significantly improved, effectively enhancing the value of the project.
On the module version of the same size, the power of N-type Tiger Neo modules can be 15-20 watts higher than that of P-type modules on a single-chip module, and the power is directly increased by 2.67%, achieving “speed increase and efficiency increase”.
The continuous increase in the price of photovoltaic modules has led to the continuous increase of project construction costs.
