The photovoltaic cluster type multi-cavity evaporation equipment has completely independent intellectual property rights, and is an evaporation equipment for perovskite materials and metal electrode materials in the preparation process of perovskite cells.
The equipment is equipped with a feeding chamber, a transfer chamber and a process chamber as a whole. The transfer chamber is equipped with a self-developed vacuum robot arm, which is used to realize the transfer of substrates between the chambers.
The process chamber can vaporize a variety of perovskite materials.
